One More Chance The Christmas Light Exchange in December was very successful. Over 200 South Bay residents took advantage of the exchange. To receive your free LED holiday lights:
Be one of the first 30 people to come in.
Bring two old strands to 3868 Carson St., Suite 110, Torrance.
Bring your electric bill or your drivers license with you.
One exchange per household.
